I gave Talia my expectations and what role I wanted to play in the planning and she completely took control. She was extremely organized and kept me in the loop through the entire process. I felt like I was included in making decisions, but I didn’t have the burden of organizing and making everything come together. Talia is a great listener and makes sure that you are her number 1 priority. My event was a huge success and I couldn’t have done it without her.
Erin, Four 26 Social Event Client

Can I hire you for just the day-of?
There is really no such thing as a day-of coordinator. There are SO many details your coordinator needs to know to ensure your special day runs smoothly. Our Event Management package allows us time to gather all your vendor information, create a day-of timeline, confirm final details with all vendors, and much more.
How far in advance can I book?
Our peak months are April, May, September, October and November.
Event Management can be booked up to 6 months out for peak dates.
Partial Planning can be booked up to 9 months out for peak dates.
Full-Service Planning can be booked up to 18 months out.
Do you work with a minimum budget?
We suggest having a minimum budget of $30,000 since our service fee starts at $2,500 for Event Management.
How many team members will be on-site the day of?
This is dependent on multiple factors including, but not limited to guest count, number of event locations, and room resets. Typically, events have 2 members of Four 26 staff on site. During our consultation, we will discuss your specific event needs.
Do I need Four 26 if I have a venue coordinator?
Yes! Your venue coordinator is responsible for handling contract obligations for the venue (ex: venue accessible, bathrooms stocked, etc.). They will not be your sole contact for your wedding unless they are an all-inclusive venue. Also, the individual you work all your details out with, may not be who is on-site the day of. When you hire Four 26, we become your single point of contact 30 days out and are on-site for rehearsal and on your wedding day.
Do you require the use of specific vendors?
Once you hire Four 26 Events, you are provided a preferred vendor list. These are suggestions only. Keep in mind when booking your venue, they may require you to use specific vendors. We highly recommend you hire professional vendors that are licensed/insured and discourage use of family and friends who are not wedding professionals.

How much are your services?
Event Management starts at $2,500 which covers a coordinator onsite for your rehearsal and wedding day. Additional fees may be necessary based on travel distance, guest count, number of event locations, and other common factors that may require additional staff to be hired for your event. Final pricing will be provided after a consultation and prior to contract execution.
Can we negotiate your pricing?
Having a wedding is a luxury, no matter your budget. For Four 26 to be a sustainable business, we must maintain a minimum service fee. We understand planning a wedding can be expensive which is why we create custom proposals for each prospect that is competitive versus a standard rate for each package. If you opt to go with a lower-priced planner we highly suggest you confirm they are a legitimate business by visiting the NC Secretary of State business search and/or requesting a copy of their business insurance.
Do you allow date changes?
Yes! We understand you may need to change your wedding date. We allow for date changes which is outlined in the contract you will execute.
